Just wish Karl and the board would pull pull their fingers out of their prawn crackers and get a move on, we have just over a week before the window shuts, or is Karl stalling and getting ready for life in League one!

Karl hasn't got a clue what to do, even the managers of the local Comet, Jessops and HMV stores have turned him down.......

In all honesty for us to do any decent business in the transfer window a manager had to be in place by now to give them a chance to look at the squad as it stands. It will be a case of maybe a few loan players that nobody else wanted.
I expect a few players to leave, the sad thing is if nothing else he could have spent the time making offers to those out of contract at the end of the season but that will no doubt be done last week of contract when their agents have already found themselves a new club

Sorry but the whole thing has become a joke now, The team needs stability and even if it was only to the end of the season the job should have been given to Tommo, But if i was him now i would tell Karl to stuff it after all he probably does not want to be 7th choice or what ever number we are up to now.
Something is clearly wrong when even out of work managers turn you down

I seriously think that the only way out of this it to get a young ambitious manager from overseas.Someone that wants a chellenge but not put off by other uk managers. A spanish coach would make a lot of sense as they are top quality with access to under paid talent from a bankrupt league. Could be a fresh start for Karl too who may realise what a dogs dinner he's made of things and start putting it right.
There are a lot of top peole behind the scenes at BFC, inc Thommo, but even they must now realise that if they want to move up the ladder they have to move sideways first.
I don't think Holloway was over demanding and said many times that Karl should look after him properly or the wheels would fall off. I hate to say I told you so. I just hope he can pull something out of the hat soon cause I've never known the fans so hacked off.
Heard a rumour that BFC were quoted £70k for a new pitch now or £30k in April. Guess what we're going for!

I would rather we wait pitch wise just get enough points to keep us safe and start again but with one of these 60/40 pitches but thats going to cost a whole lot more than 70k lol

I think this whole manager thing is starting to get to me.....................................
I had a weird dream/nightmare last night, it was a television announcement by the club that they'd appointed Ian Rush as new manager...............it was so horribly real that I've spent most of this morning trying to find out more information on TV and t'interweb and it's only the complete lack of said information, that I've worked out it must have been a dream!! Think I need a holiday!

That is the crux of the problem while there is no news to report from the club, They need to communicate with the fans if ever there has been a time when the dark lord needs to speak its now, I noticed tommo tried to get some strikers in but has failed no explanation of why.
But if they are only loans no player is going to want to agree to a loan when we have no manager in place

Just back from the frozen north. Very surprised that nothing has yet happened, to be fair to KO, till the unknown Appie appointment, he hasn't done too bad on managers. So why is he dithering so much now or are we now untouchable? Whilst we were up north, the media said Dundee's mngr was a shoe in
We are Blackpool, everyone hates us!!

If Billy Davies gets the job, i fear for Sandy's blood pressure!!!!!!lol As for the manger situation, sorry guys but i've given up and it seems Karl has aswell. Guys forget your young Spanish coaches etc, the only coach were goona get is a 1985 Shearings old banger with no windscreen wipers! even giro Jim has turned us down, not because it'll affect his benefits, just that he'd rather spend all day in the boozer with no hopers than have to interact with Penfold!

I always operate on the maxim " never go back" - that applies equally to Grayson and Karl on this issue....

For me, assuming Thommo isn't going to get the nod (which he should have by now), of the options Larry is way ahead of the other options available (Badkins, Coyle, Davies, Ince)
Yes, he did walk out on us but that's in the past, he now knows the grass isn't greener on the other side (o' t' Pennines) and as they say, The Past Is Another Country
