Cummon April not the end of the world! I think it about time we freshened up a bit and PI will want his own players. At the moment its all about who's leaving, and some of those leaving remind us of the good old days, but it won't be long before we can start wikkapeadaing some polish striker we have never heard of.

how can you knock broadfoot he has been outstanding when moving to the centre role, its hard to let some of the hero's of a few years ago go but we have to move on. but i am shocked at us letting Ash go and not even offering him improved terms so we can at least get a transfer fee even if we let him leave being under 24 , Karl must be ill to let money escape like that

The contracts that have run down should of been sorted months ago or as soon as PI was appointed and had a look at them! were now going to end up with loans galore or has beens and whilst the loan market can be utilised its very unsettling for the squad when they leave.

Think its time to say to the remaining outstanding players that where given a contract offer, thanks but we are not waiting any longer.
I heard some of the older guard are not happy that Paul Ince makes them work and work hard including double training sessions and that they also don't like the fact they have to attend training the day after a match no matter what the result.

Players can't expect offers to remain open forever, and new managers always think they can get their players fitter.
My huge, massive, overwhelming concern, is if we have lost so many players who have been here for so long, who is going to be the heart of the team, the Mr Bleeds Tangerine blood? The risk is that we return to a team of players getting paid with no emotional investment, and we've seen at QPR where that leads. I will not argue about any individual player, but desperately want at least a couple of players who are imbued in our traditions, who can educate the others, and create a team ethos.
Anyway, might be wrong, but am surprised that PI has gone from wanting all 7 offered a contract to stay, to wanting to build an entirely new team.
Still, we're still in the upper echelons, the days of Division 4 are well behind us, and we've got a lovely ground. And the sun's shining !!

I just hope he gets backed by Karl because it is for the first time in a long time where it is a buyers market with clubs slashing wages for example leeds are not willing to pay any new player signed more than 5k a week.
my biggest worry is its only 10 weeks to the start of the season so last min shopping please this year Karl
