Our opinions no doubt will differ when it comes to our old manager, but for me we experienced some great seasons while he was here and will always remember him for what he did and where he took us, it had been a long time since 1971 and Jimmy Armfield retiring, in fact it felt like a lifetime. Monday we need a win so I am afraid Ollie dear chap you will have to go back south empty handed, don't get the hump if someone looks at you in an odd sort of way, don't blame the pitch, we play on it every fortnight, nor the officials, just be thankful you will be in the playoffs. Oh dear, I must be daydreaming, the first time I saw Palace at Bloomfield Road was back in 1967, the first season I ever witnessed Blackpool in the second division and that weekend we were top with palace, we won 2-0 with a gate of 21,000 and our manager at the time was Stan Mortensen. Back to the present and if ever there was a time for the lads to get it together it is tomorrow, so the best of luck to them and PI and those going to watch. For Ollie a return trip to the seaside he does not enjoy.

Couldn't really care less if it's Hollowhead's team or not, just want 3 points
Sure, if I was there (but for once I won't be) I'd give him a polite round of applause for what he achieved with us. (everything else I feel about the "man" and his lack of honesty & integrity is irrelevant)
Once the whistle blows though, I want to see him and his team get such an ass-kicking they'll be farting through their noses for weeks afterwards

I had a feeling it would be our day today, then with the sending off thought our world had just caved in, but that is Blackpool all over, when the chips are down we make a go of it, well done to the lads and I am really pleased Fonz got the start. I listened to the London commentary, needless to say as time went on and Palace failed with one attempt on goal after another the pitch became the main talking point, so no surprises there then. 50 points now and I reckon we still will get another 5 so should just make safety, fingers crossed and all that.

What a relief, and the best news is that the boys have got their fight back. Looking at the table, again, heaven only knows how many points we'll need!! Love Ollie to bits, but great to beat his new team

Ollie will always be a tangerine legend 2 me for what he achieved & i wish him & palace all the best now! but what a 3 pts, just shows we can defend but think we'll need another 7 pts & if we can show the same fight think we'll be fine.

enjoy the time ollie gave us and sadly i think the pressure at palace will lead to him losing his job sooner rather than later. As for the result yesterday that was a massive 3 points when you look at the table we need to keep improving and fighting for every point, I'm sure we manage it but its going to be dam close
