The old boy who lives opposite an ex Ipswich player, he is now just 80 years old, still has the local paper sent to him each week.
He brought it over this morning The East Anglian Daily Times from Monday 16th with full reports and interviews on the game.
Ollie in a post match press conference had gone on to speak about under pressure Paul Jewell and then went on to say,
"We're little Blackpool and even I'm coming under a bit of pressure from my lot because they expect me to take them back to this wonderful land (Premier League). Is it really wonderful though when all those big wigs are getting bigger and just keep slapping you down".
But Ollie if the fans want to see exiting football with a good class of players we need to up our game and progress to the Premier so the money will gaurantee future years of wealth along with the same standard of players.
We are a small club, we can't affford to lose part of our fan base, if we stand still or God forbid go down our gates alone could not maintain the funds needed for imrpovement.
We have the best squad for 40 years, finance probably ok for another 2/3 so we need to push on into that Horrible league because that is where our future bread and butter lies.
I would also like to go back up, if only to get revenge against Utd, to go back to the Emirates and come away with a better scoreline than the last occasion, to see us more often on the tv and get the coverage we had last time, to have people talk about us all the time and above all get 39pts an stay up for another year.
