I loved the man. It was a great time to be a Seasider because of the passion Billy evoked in everybody at the club. He always came out a few minutes after or just as we kicked off and the fans chanted his name louder than the players. And as he made his way round the pitch that legendary clenched fist. Great memories.
Thanks Billy, true Blackpool legend.

I think he was one of the few managers that never got any stick from the fans, love his style a true down to earth guy that always had time to listen to your view then show you the errors of your ways lol
