Really think we should be looking at the loan market for a couple of defenders as its our weakest area for cover
BLACKPOOL have been rocked by the loss of defender Craig Cathcart for up to three weeks.
The defender pulled out of Monday’s defeat by Huddersfield with a calf strain and scan results have revealed a Grade One muscle tear.
The Northern Ireland centre-half had recently regained his place in Blackpool’s back-four and had been in impressive form alongside Alex Baptiste.
Manager Ian Holloway confirmed Cathcart’s injury.
He said: “Any injury is one to worry about. He has a tear in a stabilising muscle in his calf.
“I think he’s been terrific for us as has my whole defence.
“But we let three in on Monday night, so it’s back to the drawing board really.”

Well, we have Broadfoot and presumably we won't be extending Eastham's loan at Fishville

We have allowed the cods to extended Eastham's loan the other day before the injury was fully known
