Sooner or later opposing managers, fans and players will realise that its because of what Ollie and his coaches do here at Blackpool and the way we play that makes these players what they are now and have become.
If Thomas Ince was still at Liverpool he would still be in the reserves because he wont have changed. The lad admits himself that it is down to Blackpool and the players around him as to why he is now on fire and why he is so keen to repay their faith in him. If he went to another club tomorrow he would probably struggle to have the same form he has with us. What we have at Blackpool is pretty unique and long may it continue
Simples really, eh Badge Chewer?

You only have to look at the 3 that have departed, no doubt they are good footballers but holloway found a system to suit them and made them look like stars.
Hopefully if we can live the dream of premiership football again young Tom will cause havoc in Ians system

Exclusive. Fenway Sports Group have signed an agreement with KO to act as the academy/feeder club for Blackpool. They say they could not resist the financial benefit offered. !! lol

The report I read was also pretty condescending on Championship football, I think there is not a lot between the bottom 6 in the prem and top 6 in the championship. We took 6 points off them in the Prem, but the side we have now is a lot better than our premiership side!

Got to agree this squad and system is stronger than the Hero's of our first premiership year. Its clear Ian is trying to build and seems to have the ability to find players who the fans have never considered or heard of lol

Spot on Sandy. The Ollie system brings the best out of the players and my guess is that Tom would still not be a feature at Liverpool. About time people recognised our ability to develop a player and give them the freedom to grow. Charlie will never be the player he was at Pool because we do it differently. Same with DV and DJ.
Works both ways though
The ones that slipped away from us was Jonjo and maybe Puncheon. We gave them a chance, the proved they were up to it and then we couldn't sign them.
