Who'd have thought, Blackpool in the Prem and Lancashire winning the County Championship in the same year?
Congratulations to the lads

Great achievement. Mostly Lancashire lads, and a young side at that. No one game them a cat in hells chance at the start of the season. Its been a good year for our national squad too and I recon the FA could learn alot if they could be bothered to.

great performances yesterday by Lancs and by Hampshire, who held off Warkwickshire all day.
Its a shame Yorkshire went down though, the Roses games did still get a few people watching them.

Batsman and Blackpool fan Steven Croft, who hit the winning runs to secure Lancashire their first County Championship title since 1934, will be the half-time guest at Bloomfield Road against Cardiff City tomorrow.
The 26-year-old described his starring role as the 'stuff of dreams' after taking his team to the 211 target needed to claim victory over Somerset yesterday.
Supporters will get the chance to give him a rapturous welcome when he takes to the pitch for the Golden Gamble draw.
