I stumbled across this brewery and noticed they have had some beer's named after ourselves. They are based in Barnsley.
Name: Bloomfield Brewer: Acorn Beer Type: Amber ABV: 4.5% Tasting Notes: Pale golden ale, well balanced malt and bitterness with a spicy fruit aroma.
Name: Glad All Over Brewer: Acorn Beer Type: Pale ABV: 3.9% Tasting Notes: A light golden bitter brewed with English Admiral and American Crystal hops."pleasant hoppy aroma with hints of Tangerine"
Name: Ollies Army Brewer: Acorn Beer Type: Golden ABV: 4.5% Tasting Notes: Light golden ale with hints of caramel and marmalade with a fruity lemon aroma.
Name: 1887 (GOD CREATED TANGERINE) Brewer: Acorn Beer Type: Amber ABV: 5% Tasting Notes: Named after the year when Blackpool FC was formed, known as ‘the tangerines’, because the director of this brewery is a fan! Dark crystal malt creates a rich, orangey-red colour, while the English hops give a crisp, fruity aroma and spicy bitterness in the flavour.

Sounds like the ideal place for a 'Brewery Trip' ! Do they do such things, as I've got fond? memories of many such excursions in my mis-spent youth? Can I take it they've got a website? YL. p.s. 'stumbled' wouldn't be the exact word, would it? . . Fell into a vat of the stuff, more like. p.p.s. What a way to go, tho'. ;D

They have a website but all the abouve beer's dont seem to be regular ones. I was thinking they would be ideal to take over the Bloomfield pub. www.acorn-brewery.co.uk/

A bit shocked was expecting a smash and grad type win but wont complain. Hopefully we can build on this and find a bit of consistencey with our form.
Personally I think we need to find out who our starting 11 are and stick with it when we can (but having no reserves doesn't helo that theory) and get a bit of stability in the side. The Goalkeeper and back 4 pick theirselves its just the other 6 players.
