Let's take Blackburn first, who as we all well know, is in Lancashire, but there's also a 'Blackburn' just outside the 'Granite City', Aberdeen, by the airport there. There are, apparently, five places of the name ' Bolton' in the UK – Ye Olde will no doubt tell us one of them is near him - in Cumbria. What about Sunderland? Again, there's one in Cumbria, near Aspatria, to be precise, and as for Everton, one is close to RAF Tempsford in Bedfordshire, with a number of others, in Hampshire, and Nottinghamshire (Bawtry) for example. What about our perennial favourites – them from down the road? If you ever visit Brighton, this one is at the back of town, with one near Newton Abbot, off the A3193, and another just outside Weymouth. But I digress.Casting our nets a bit further afield, and one I've been to on my travels: anyone on here know of the 'Moscow' in Ayrshire? On the A719 east of Kilmarnock. A lovely wee place. ( At least I can always say I've been to Moscow without leaving the country!) Stoke? That's on the B3048 north of Andover. And what of Blackpool ? For us on here, there's only one Blackpool. Apart from having a Hampden Park in Eastbourne, I know there's a Birmingham in Alabama, USA, but that doesn't count either. Know of any other disambiguations of Prem teams?

One is just off the A38 near Plymouth to Ivybridge
the other is at Start Bay, and about 3 miles south of Dartmouth on the A379

I spotted a Bloomfield Road in Aberdeen last time I was up
The Cumbrian Bolton is near Appleby, have to confess I'd never heard of it!
Preston is common as muck, often as a double barrelled name, eg Preston Park in Brighton
Bury, of course " I come not to worship but to Bury St Edmunds"
I have an idea I saw a "Black Pool" in Exmoor?

The Blackpool Border Crossing is one of the largest ports of entry along the International Boundary. It is the sixth-busiest commercial crossing on the United States-Canada border, accounting for approximately 735,000 commercial vehicle crossings per year and approximately 2,000 commercial vehicle crossings per day.[1] It has the distinction of being the only major border crossing on the eastern part of the International Boundary that does not involve crossing a body of water.[2] This, coupled with the relative remoteness of the crossing, has allowed for the expansion of buildings and facilities on both sides of the border in recent years.

Aye, but how many of these 'Manchesters' are in the UK? and, yes, there are plenty of 'dark pools' in Exemoor That Bloomfield Road wouldn't be far off the 'Great Western'?
