Not too bad, gave IH the chance to check out some fringe players and those returning from injury.
Too those who want to whinge about the result, criticise the team or make negative comments about our prospects for the rest of the season . . . . . Please Shut the Hell up and crawl back under the rock that is 606

Was at the game and we were second best and that was the reality of it. You win some, you lose some, and as Blackpool fans we know all about that. I wont criticise the team. If Ollie had played the tea lady I would support the fact she a had a Tangerine shirt on.
I will have one moan though. Ollie, to his credit, told us he was playing a weakened team but what I didnt like was his comment that we had no chance of winning the FA Cup anyway. Whoa, hang on Ollie, that disappointed me mate. Why bother even playing the game then or entering the competition. We are a Premier League outfit and DO have a chance of winning the Cup. Well, more chance than winning the League anyway. Just look at the teams who have made the final in the last few years. Its the first time I have disagreed with anything Ollie has said I think.
Anyway, moan over normal service is resumed.

You know Yeni, there's times when I positively hate the English language..........we all know Hal is a noun but we repeatedly turn it into a verb, i.e. to Hal, i.e to censor in the manor of a dickhead 606 moderator, or, unecessarily control human beings in the manor of Hal the all seeing computer in Arthur C Clarke's 2001 A Space Odyssey.............I toyed with all the potential variations, e.g Halled, but that looked a little bit like something pertaining to a stately home, or Hal-ed, which made no sense at all, so I settled for Haled.......not perfect but the best I could come up with at the time........sorry ffor any confusion.

No problem, friend.
Though I believe there is another new mod on 606 - forgotten his name off the top of my head, but he had a couple of postings, one in the Charlie Adam thread where I believe he could be a Villa fan.
Mind you, 'haled' - 'hailstones' just a play upon words, as yer own bard WS would say.
