think this one has come out of left field, sounds to me like a club just letting everybody know that the player is in fact for sale Hertha Berlin insist they will not sell reported Newcastle and Blackpool target Roman Hubnik or any other player first-team star this summer. Representatives from both Newcastle and Blackpool were rumoured to have watched Hubnik against FSV Frankfurt earlier in March. But Hertha have no plans to allow the Czech Republic defender, who is under contract until 2014, to leave at the end of the season. Hertha general manager Michael Preetz told Berliner Zeitung newspaper: "Roman Hubnik is a player of Hertha Berlin. "He is a regular in our first team and he is contracted to the club. "We have the ambition not to sell any first-team regular at the end of the season."
