Morning, all Haven't got time to do a match report, will do one later unless someone else hads done it in the meantime Pants day, wasn't it? As if the team playing so poorly wasn't bad enough, Blackpool fans booing the team off at half time, can't get it. The only good thing about them all clearing off early was that it didn't happen at the end. I know we lost badly, I know our mountain got higher, but I still sang my heart out to "Best Trip" at the end, I'm still so proud to support my team in the Premiership, and the rest of 'em can xxx off. I think Ollie's interview on the beeb was quite significant, watched it a couple of times. I begin to think that all the uproar of CA wanting to leave has destroyed the team spirit, remember Evo didn't play the first game afterwards. In fact, the West Ham game was probably even worse than yesterday. Anyway, it's another day, the sun's shining, we still have 5 matches to go, we have had at least one season in the Premiership in my adult lifetime, and if all the pundits say I told you so, do we give a hoot?

It upsets me to here there was booing at half time. The plastics who did this won't be back next season if we are in the championship and that's a good thing. This season has to be the best trip that the all real pool fans have been on. The team has played some fantastic football and that first half against Manure was the stuff of dreams, we played them off the park. It's those memories that will stay with us all for long, long time. Do we give a hoot - no not a jot. With a frugal chairman, a manager with vision, rucks of cash coming our way and fantastic loyal supporters the future is bright the future is tangerine.

Almost came to fisty cuffs with a booing plastic at half time, dont think he took too kindly to being told that "since when did booing your own players make them play any better you wanker"and then when he left early............I'm going to have to "Hal "myself here! but it had something to do with his parentage and the possibility he came from nobend land.

I think we always knew that when the going got tough and the heat was on the plastic would melt. I was lucky that there were none in my earshot but a mate of mine had to come down and sit near me at the end because he didnt trust himself not to gob somebody near him who was giving it large. What a load of sad fuckers to boo players who have done so much in the last couple of seasons. Wankers!
As for the game, it certainly wasnt in the script was it? Wigan are a good side, as are all the teams in the Premier League but we made them look better than they probably are. I think Ollie was expecting a really open game and didnt expect Wigan to close us down so mercilessly. Right from the first whistle they were into us including closing Gilks down to stop us playing from the back.
Talking of Gilks, I thought Ollie said in the paper on Friday he wasnt ready yet for the first team. (I got that one wrong BJC) Maybe it was Cavanan recycling what Ollie said a couple of weeks ago. Anyway, onwards and upwards. The fat lady hasnt even arrived at the theatre yet.
Anybody know why the Wigan fans were having such a pop at Charlie? What did he ever do to them? I couldnt understand that one at all.
