Blackpool boss Ian Holloway has confirmed Charlie Adam and David Vaughan are fit to face Newcastle United this weekend.
Adam injured his foot against Wigan Athletic last week while Vaughan has been missed in the last two matches as he struggles with a persistent hip injury.
However, Holloway confirmed Adam will be available after X-rays cleared the 25-year-old Scotland midfielder of any break and he has subsequently made a return to full training.
"Charlie is fine, it's good news for everyone," said the Tangerines boss.
"He has not bust his foot, it was just bruising and he has trained for the last two days."
Holloway looks set to recall Vaughan to the engine room too after a specialist told him he would not do himself any further damage by playing through the pain.
