Three weeks today and we will see the 2011/12 fixture list and just wondered who you guys would like to see up first. For me a home start, Leeds would be an interesting encounter. For an away fixture in sunny August, Brighton on the South Downs or a drink in a marina bar at Southampton would be very nice. If Peterborough make it then their barge in the sunshine on the river is very pleasant and has a terrace/or seating area in the stadium as a choice.

Doesn't matter where - away or at Bloomfield.....
just 3 points to kick-start the season, is all I ask.
Though if pushed, a nice summer's afternoon at the Peterbo' Barge would be ideal complemented with a win, of course.
That seems to be the best away-day, by all accounts.

For location, then the Charters barge on the river in Peterborough is just great, parking within a 100 yds and a few mins stroll tothe ground. Brighton also for location and it is of course a brand new stadium so that will be something to look forward to. Two contrasting grounds.

Just as a matter of interest, Whit, what beers do they have at the Barge?
Hand pump or otherwise.
Thanks.

p.s. How's the course getting on?

On my visits to Charters Yeni, I have to confess as a driver I have to drink C Cola, ice and lemon of course so cannot answer your question other than they sell real ales.
The Uni are engaged in Space exploration/Radio waves and has been going at Canterbury for some years, so in a nutshell they are looking at communications to/from other planets.
