Well its hotting up on Twitter as DJ has fallen out with the gazette reporters over the article about him wanting to go.
So far he has called them Plums and maybe they should report the true facts and not twist what he said.... he is not happy

So this is all bollocks then? ‘Blackpool’s been great, I love the fans, the staff and everything about the place. But I think people realise that if I want to take my career on and play for England I have to be in the Premier League. ‘I had a conversation with the manager Ian Holloway and told him how I felt. He understands. He knows at my age with what I achieved during the season, he can’t really stand in my way. Personally speaking, it's just a play upon words.....
DJ wants to go, despite his family being located in the NW, to a Prem team because he wants to further his career, (play for England?) which, at his age, and at the rate of knots he plays, won't be very long, so he wants one big final pay day...... end of.

from what has been said the gazette took a item from a national paper and ran it as a headline and DJs anger is that they did not ring him up and check first before printing it and its a load of rubbish.
He has spoken to Ian and explained his desire should the right team come along and thats it.
Also his family actually live in London and not up here, he lives on his own during the season.
