The players and the club keep telling us how the spirit in the dressing room is phenomenal and how it is the best that any player has ever known. So why is there such a queue to leave? I can understand Charlie because he has paid his dues and is a great talent that should be lighting up the Premier League. Of the others, they are mostly journeymen who have been moulded into something special by a very clever manager. We are led to believe that the players out of contract have been offered very good deals that are on a par with other clubs. If Crainey wants to leave for Wigan or Bristol then I would question his ambition. He will never find what he has got at Blackpool so its thanks very much Mr Crainey, you played fairly well for us but fuck off if it means so little. I dont see the doors being broken down to sign McGilks either although he is the one player who I really hope moves on because if he does we probably wont ever hear about him again thank fuck. He will go back to being the anonymous reserve he was before he came to Blackpool. Fuck em anyway, wear the Tangerine with pride or fuck off I say! UP THE MIGHTY POOL

The offer that was given to him was very good from what i have been told more than he was on last year by some distance..
I can understand Charlie and Vaughny and maybe the clause had to be put in DJ's contract to get him to sign which is a shame considering he got 13 prem Goals so is worth way more than the 1.25 milion.
But Crainey.... nope struggle to understand that one must be looking for one more good pay day and to keep playing international football i guess..
As for Mr Gilks bet he wished he had signed the contract offered to him in January now, because ollie clearly ha others in mind and Karl will not chase him to sign if they get the people they are after...
Then Mr gilks you might find yourself suddenly trying to find a club or a reduced offer from us..
Personally i hope he leaves as he has shown that the tangerine blood does not flow through him after the things he has said the last 4 weeks
People say a footballers career is short, in that case you would think that they would try and play as much as possible rather than becoming a squad or reserve player
