Blackpool have accepted a bid from QPR for striker DJ Campbell.
Barclays Premier League new boys Rangers have been linked with a move for the 29-year-old this summer, reportedly offering £1.25million.
The club said in a statement on their official website: "The club have had a bid for Blackpool striker DJ Campbell accepted by the Seasiders.
"The Tangerines frontman, who scored 13 goals in 31 appearances in the Barclays Premier League last season, will now discuss personal terms with the Rs over the coming days, ahead of a potential move to Loftus Road."
Good luck DJ and thanks for the everything but can not help but think your making a mistake

We were good for him and he was good for us. If he feels his future is down south then thats up to him.
Always a 100% player and I wish him well.
Shame he's going and I think he'll regret it.
Just wish we could have sold him for a few mil profit rather than some cheap release clause.
Time to move on
Step up Billy Davies your time has come.
Somehow this is on the wrong thread. We seem to have slipped into DJ country oops sorry

Dj will be back next year because with all the turmoil at QPR they are going to get relegated i am afraid.
I really feel sorry for Warnock no real backing from the board and job under threat before they have even kicked a ball, if they get of to a bad start in the first 5 games they will get rid of him.

yeolde...... I wish Charlie and DJ all the best in their careers but i can't help but think you may be right. QPR will be in turmoil this season if they get off to a bad start and Warnock will be gone , Charlie as i've said on previous posts i really hope Charlie turns in to the player we know he can be but when things are not going so well and with the huge responsibility of playing for Liverpool may damage him, he'll be a small tadpole in a huge lake at anfield and one bad pass and the Liverpool faithful won't be as forgiving as us Poolers. Like i say hope both are successful as gave 100% in tangerine, but if things go wrong for them i hope Karl has first refusal in them t&c's of sale! lol

The future of DJ Campbell remains up in the air, with the striker continuing to discuss personal terms with QPR after their £1.25m bid was accepted.
The only other club to have matched the fee are West Ham but Campbell wants to stay in the Premier League.
Late interest from Aston Villa has also been reported.
