Just watched ollies press conference, he seems a bit down beat lets hope a good performance tomorrow will cheer him up.
Will search for the video in a hour or so of the press conerence and put it in the pool clips section, somebody normally puts it on the internet a few hours after the event.

saw it too and was quite shocked. "worst 3 months of my life" "have we got money-yes" "can I spend it -no". Players want to come but we (Karl) won't pay the wages in this crazy league.
Difficult one this. I feel for Ollie but he has assembled a good team and should cheer up a bit. Karl has every right to run the club as he sees fit but just maybe there are some tensions brewing over his ambition or lack of it..
Still prefer to be where we are than like Leicester, Birmingham and PNE for example but do wonder whats gone on behind the scenes.
Wages are always going to be an issue whilst Karls in charge but lts just hope results start to come in and everyone gets positive. If we have a bad start..........then ummmm...........lets not go there.

I think Ian is being crafty and using a lot of smoke and mirros regarding players wages etc and players mood.
does not ring true that wages have been halved because of relegation Gilks,Crainey, evatt all new contracts and on more than last time, phillips and ferguson will be on a decent whack as well.
As for mood in the camp you have all players saying its brilliant and Ian is as cheerful and crazy as ever on the training ground, then you have Ian saying moods not that good.
I think Ian has decided to just be solom and downbeat in the press this year and to let his coaching and style of play do the talking and get some plaudits for his coaching and not just his sound bites
