QPR have wrapped up the signing of Blackpool striker DJ Campbell.
The former Brentford and Birmingham frontman held talks with boss Neil Warnock last night, who convinced him his future lies in west London, despite late interest from Aston Villa.
Campbell has agreed a three-year deal at Loftus Road after the Seasiders accepted a bid of £1.25million last week.

It will be interesting to see how many chances he gets to chew the QPR badge. Stomach churning is what it is.

Just seen this in the Gazette about the badge chewer. "The striker is close to completing a move to QPR though there has been a hold up as he waits to see if Aston Villa come in with a late bid. Campbell has not been training with Pool"I thought he wanted to be near his family in London and agreed terms days ago. The mind boggles. Fucking mercenary I am NOT bitter and twisted,,,,,lol.

Cummon guys he did us a good job and deserves better. I've never falled for the badge kissing heart thumping mullarkey anyway. If we're stupid enough to have a built in £1.25m release clause then you can't blame clubs to come sniffin. He's a London lad with family in London who wants to stay in the Prem, so just wish him well and remember the great goals and the 100% work ethic. he'll miss us more than we'll miss him so cut him some slack. I for one wish him all the best.

With you there Pete, he was one of a fine bunch of players who got us to Wembley and into the Premiership, after 40 years, never thought I would see us in the top flight again.
