Great game, two crackin' goals from GTF and Barry F (hope his injury - hamstring?- doesn't put him out for long) and we managed to hang on and not let in a last-15 minutes goal(s)! mind you, we should have been at least three up at half time with the chances we created. Gate - 12,804. With 11 points from 6 games we have got to be in the play-off zone.....? (not yet seen other results nor league table). That's it over for this month as well - won't be back at Bloomfield until mid-October. YL.

April, think Yeni was refering to "him" seeing the last match for a month due to a trip to a distant land, Cardiff still on for next week.

I was unable to watch the match online, spent 45 mins searching and found nowt.
Had to settle for some online radio footy coverage and the BBC match site.
The general opinion is that we were poor in the first half and greatly improved for the
second half.
Were we really that bad?
Whats missing?
Do I need to polish my boots?

We won2-0 could have been more, 3pts, can't ask for much more against a side that on paper looks pretty strong. I thought before the game we might just edge it in a tight confrontation, so the result was brilliant, for the record, the best start to a season for 20 years.

they came with a plan with sort of slowed us down in the first half, but we soon put that right in the second.
