Never heard of him, but i guess we soon will, when he bangs in a couple against Donny tomorrow. Where better to learn your trade than under Sir Ollie.

McManaman started his career at Everton. After spending eight years in the club's youth system, he signed for Wigan Athletic on a free transfer in 2007. He made his debut for the reserves toward the end of the 2007–08 season.
He became a regular in the reserve team during the second half of the following season, appearing ten times and scoring four goals. He then made his first team debut on 24 May 2009 in a Premier League match against Portsmouth, making him Wigan's youngest ever player to play in the Premier League.
In July 2009, he signed his first professional contract with the club.McManaman remained in the reserve team during the 2009–10 season, scoring a brace in a 5–0 win against Burnley.
Although he didn't appear in the first team, he impressed enough to be offered a contract extension.
McManaman was an unused substitute in the first team at the start of the 2010–11 season, but Wigan manager Roberto Martínez felt the player was not yet ready for Premier League football.
On 30 November 2010, he made his first appearance in over 18 months when he came on as a substitute in a Carling Cup match against Arsenal. Martínez had reportedly been impressed with McManaman's progress over the previous few months, and suggested the player would feature more regularly later in the season.
He scored his first goal for Wigan in his first start for the club against Hull City in the FA Cup on 8 January 2011. In April 2011, he extended his contract for a further two years, keeping him at the club until 2013.

So how many forwards have we got know?
Can't help but think its in the wrong area of the field.
What's the point in having forwards if the supply is not there?
No doubt he will prove me wrong and score a hat trick tomorrow night.

Dubai, hope your right re the three goals, but in the midfield I would like to see Sylvestre get a run and with Shelvey think the supply problem could be overcome. Another feature from last Saturday was the long diagnal ball, mostly overhit, and off into the crowd, ok when we had Varney with his head controlling things out wide and a couple of past players who could hit a a good ball to the wide men, but of late this hasn't been to constructive. Few changes for Doncaster I am sure, well Ollie certainly has a few to choose from, key could be whether Cathcart is fit and whether Eardley is one to be considered by the manager.
