The Millwall manager, Kenny Jackett, and our Wee Ollie, are former colleagues, having been together at QPR in the 'distant past'.
Only Keef Southern and Evo (the latter being suspended for tomorrow's/today's game*) remain from their last visit to these shores – February 2007, when we lost 0-1 in League 1.
Apparently, our visitors will be unchanged, bringing the same squad that beat Coventry 3-0 at home on Tuesday, and over 1,200 fans, (Their ticket office shuts at 5pm) Two guys we need to watch out for are Darius Henderson, their top scorer with 8 goals, and James Henry, who has had a fair number of shots at goal.
With 18 points, and their last three games won (albeit two at home – Coventry, and Ipswich 4-1) and Leicester 3-0 at the Crisp Farm, the Blues are in 15th place – overall W4 D6 L5 GD+2.
Something which could add a bit of spice to the proceedings is that a former 'Pool player is included in their squad – one Hamer Bouazza – the Algerian international who was given the nickname 'Bazzoka' ('Boozer', even?).
We can win this one, if we keep the same team that started against Leeds (injuries excepted), but predict a score?
Difficult one to call, especially as Millwall are presently on a roll......
Both teams can, and do score, so I reckon a few goals tomorrow/today. * (us with the winning goal, of course!).

next time we play Millwall is the last game of the season, when we will hopefully be on a promotion push. Would be nice to repeat the team that played Leeds which, by all accounts, clicked into gear, and dominated the midfield. That hasn't happened for a while! Just can't predict a result at the moment cause I don't know which pool are going to turn up. A back to back though against Leeds and Millwall would be a huge confidence boost and might just get some muppets off Ollies back.
.........OK then 2-1 to the Pool

Further to above:
GTF looks likely to miss today's game thru injury, whilst Grandin is also sidelined, but Wee Ollie is expected to name an unchanged side. The two loanees to Sheffield could be in contention for inclusion in the squad today.
A close look at the stats shows that both of these teams have come to life in the second halves of their matches this season. Blackpool have scored ten after the break in seven games at home, while Millwall score almost three-quarters of their goals in the second period.
'Pool are 14/1 to win 3-1, 15/2 for two-nil. (SkyBet)

Well, well, well: I trust everyone managed to see the game one way or another.
Could have won it 3/4/5 nil in the first half alone with the number of chances we created/shots at goal. Their keeper had a reasonable game.
The 'young uns' carried on from where they left off against Leeds, but just couldn't hit the back of the net.
The Lions hardly got a whiff of our goalmouth in first 45, being caught off-side on a few occasions. Gilks had a good game, saving one-handed at one stage when one of their players managed to get thru, but offside.
KP was hardly on the pitch as sub for ten minutes when with a crisp shot from the edge of the area beat their goalie all ends up.
Gilks had to receive a visit from the trainer after getting a thump from one of their players, and KP (and a few others) may be also nursing bruises this weekend.
Taking Millwall's reputation into consideration, I was surprised that there weren't any bookings, but in all fairness, not a dirty match by any stretch of the imagination.
Three points is three points to the play-offs, and not having seen the league tables yet, we should be either same or better positioned than prior to the start. (8th).

Cheers for that, Yeni, another game with dominant posession and inspired substitution.
Up to 5th after such a dreadful start (according to the boo boys), not too bad.
Come on you Mighty, Ollie for England, Karl for president of the IMF
Nice to hear "best trip" back

Didn't realise Robinson had got booked. Must have blinked! Yes, Ye Olde - good to hear it again - . . . though I didn't recognise it at first! Fifth place - in the play-off zone - on 25 points. Didn't think we'd be this far up at this time of year. Of the other 5 : to play Southampton (a) and (h), West Ham (h), Middlesboro' (a) and (h), Cardiff (a) and Palace at home. And no home games over the holiday this season other than Monday 2nd Jan. against Middlesboro' . (KO 15 hundred hours). YL.
