Looks like Bojan has made a swift departure this afternoon.
Rumours about a row during the senior game with Ollie shouting "do you want to play or not" and then taking him off.
Might just sharpen everyone up a bit.
Good luck to him though. Not meant to be.

Big "up yours" to all those moaning about not paying him enough, guy has got terminal attitude probs if even Ollie can't turn him around.
Anyone remember another player substituted and kicked into touch so quickly?

I think if you have a very good manager who runs a tight ship, for every ten players we take on at least one/two might not respond. The problem of adapting to Ollie's regime might not just suit everyone and you can have as many interviews as you like but until you work with someone you never really know if things will turn out for the best. You can take on a £5m player, who has the skills and experience but he will need players around him who can work with him otherwise it will all end in tears. Young players, not been earning very much come to the club, show promise with training, appear in the first team, go from strength to strength but they need the experience of the manager to make sure they stay on the straight and narrow, it is so easy for them to go off the rails, more money and time on their hands and all that. It isn't just about being a competent footballer is it, it's also about being a responsible adult, being part of a TEAM, a team that works well together under the guidance of the manager.

Hear hear
The three most important things are team, team and team. remember the Crazy Gang, no standout mega star, but stuck together, worked for each other, and achieved way over logic.
No big time Charlies (sic)

strange you should say that yeold I keep thinking we are the modern day crazy gang as a team they all work for each other and a lot of teams could take a leaf out of Holloways book of coaching.
at the end of the day i am sure ollie feels let down or that he has failed, he knew the lad from before and thought he could turn him around.

Put simply he was not a team player and had a poor attitude towards the manager. Enough said. Get rid.
he had his chance and blew it.
