Dear Karl please can you find a office somewhere to base or register all the little side companys rather than the football club. You don't half make a rod for your own back sometimes.
No doubt this is the ongoing war of Whyndyke Farm with the council who refuse to give you planning permission for sod all on the land.
From the Gazette
BLACKPOOL FC chairman Karl Oyston has been accused of breaching laws on fly tipping rubbish.
Karl Oyston, who faces two offences, had the first hearing of his case before Blackpool magistrates yesterday.
He is accused as a director of Promenade Construction Ltd he consented or connived in the commission by the company of breaching an environmental law regarding tipping waste without a permit.
The offence is alleged to have happened at Whyndyke Farm, Preston New Road, Blackpool, between March 2009 and April 2010.
Oyston is also accused that, as a director of Promenade Construction Ltd, he consented or connived in the commission by the company of knowingly operating a waste tip without a permit at Whyndyke Farm on or before April 22, 2010.
Promenade Construction Ltd, based at Blackpool FC’s Bloomfield Road stadium faces two offences of knowingly contravening an environmental law by operating a waste tip without a permit.
Co-accused company, Closelink Limited, also of Blackpool FC stadium, faces the same two offences as Promenade Construction Ltd. None of the defendants were present at court.
The prosecution, which is being brought by the Environmental Agency, was adjourned to February 8.

And if he did, he'd be accused of trying to hide stuff LOL
I know from experience how easy it is to fall foul of the EA. You store something for future use, they call it an unlicensed rubbish tip. Someone else pollutes a water supply, it goes across your property and you are prosecuted.

Whilst we're on the topic of Karl's "misdemeanours"
does anyone know of the connection between a certain £17,000, (?), work done on (or in) the South Stand hotel, and KO?
