Nope i have not gone stark raving bonkers just wondering what people thought, seeing a cheeky comment by Alan Shearer seems to have stirred the Great British press into action, that being the same press that love destroying England managers.
the strange thing is if you but aside all the alleged spiritual healing and mystic tent thing that the press went on about Hoddle is the third most successful manager of all time if you go by games won percentage not that always means anything as it puts Fabio in the number 1 spot.
Fabio 66.7% Ramsey 61.1% Hoddle 60.7% Sven 59.7% Robson 49.5% Venables 47.8% Taylor 47.4% Keegan 38.9%
so to Hoddle or not to Hoddle is the question and as for Harry for all the 6 teams he has managed his overall win percentage is 40.79% with his reign at spurs being his most successful managerial post.

I think the comment about disabled people and that they were paying for a past life did it for me!!!
No chance!
Please not Mick McCarthy either.
Not sure that Harry will go.
Pardew anyone?

I think Hoddle played decent football when he was manager and 98 was our last decent tournament. I wouldn't mind him being in charge for the Euro's just don't let him speak to the press.
