I am starting to think the editor is a Liverpool or Preston fan
Ian Holloway is top of the Wolves' managerial shortlist as they target a quick return to the Barclays Premier League.
Holloway has done a remarkable job at Blackpool despite having to sell his star players following relegation from the top-flight.
And Wolves owner Steve Morgan sees Holloway as the perfect man to revive their fortunes, reports The Mirror.
Holloway lost the likes of Charlie Adam and David Vaughan but has still guided Blackpool into the Championship play-offs.
Wolves are looking for a new manager after Terry Connor could not prevent relegation after he succeeded Mick McCarthy as boss at Molineux.
Connor wants Wolves to put the future of the club ahead of his own when the season is reviewed next month.
He will give his input into a campaign which has seen Wolves relegated from the Premier League after the final game on May 13.
Chief executive Jez Moxey said he would welcome Connor applying for the job despite picking up only two points out of a possible 30 so far.
Connor has been at the club as part of the backroom staff for 13 years before Mick McCarthy's sacking saw him step into the managerial role 10 games ago.

Can't see this happening at all, as i've stated on numerous occasions, Ollie has been bitten before falling for the big club syndrome! He's building something at Blackpool, something special which is far from complete and the guy is a legend to everyone connected with the club, his job is safe and he can have fun with us without that"you gotta get us to the Premier League" PRESSURE!! Remember when you were out of work Ollie and remember, the grass ain't always greener.

OO is (or was) a big contributor to the Labour Party which probably doesn't sit well with the Daily Mail.
Nothing is permanent in football but PLEASE give a few more years Ollie.
He's building something special here and life isn't all about money.
