Sky Sports understands Swansea have accepted a bid from Blackpool for Stephen Dobbie.
As revealed by Sky Sports earlier this month, Blackpool were lining up a move for the Scot and they have now tabled a firm offer for Dobbie.
Swansea have accepted the offer and have now given Dobbie permission to hold talks with the Seasiders.
Blackpool boss Ian Holloway is a big fan of Dobbie having enjoyed two successful loan spells at Bloomfield Road in recent years, figuring in two Championship play-off finals.
The news of Blackpool's bid for Dobbie is sure to alert a number of clubs to the attacker's availability with the 29-year-old having no shortage of admirers.

Any more news on this one and do we still need him, now theirs a thought! personally yes as super Kev can't play every minute and Banvo will need time to find his feet, i now we have other options but just think Dobbs fits our style and for me is a class player but to you Mr Dobbie, if you want to play regular football and in a successful side, you know what to do, think about it so it's up to you except the terms on offer or we'll move on as we always do!!!!!!!

The only offer he has at the moment is ours and its now down to him but i can not see us pushing the issue its up to him now. Its not over wages either he wants a 3 year contract instead of our 2 with a option of a further year

If its not down to wages can't understand why he will not accept. But do have to agree would he make the team I feel we perhaps need a forward who can give more goals than Dobbs ( like a younger Kev)
