Dundee Utd say they wont accept a penny less than £2 million for Goodwillie. Now that the badge chewer looks like he is off to QPR we can make up the difference with his fee therefore getting Goodwillie for practically nothing. Come on KO, you know it makes sense and I can honestly see it happening too. I hope he isnt a badge kisser though, I just dont trust them. UP THE POOL

I reckon we were the ones who bid £1.6 million. I can honestly see us going the whole hog with £2 million too. Not betting a pint at F&B's for everybody though,,,,lol.
The badge chewer,,,,,,,,Leicester was nearer to London so why didnt he stay there? He did a great job for us and I will always be grateful for that but all I ask is some honesty from players. Blackpool have gone from the best thing since sliced bread to has beens in his eyes.
He couldnt wait to sign for us at the time could he and I welcomed him with open arms but somehow I just feel used by him and the feeling wont go away.
So anyway, lets see how many times he chews the QPR badge next season, not as many I'll bet

Oh dear the chicken must have been off at blackburn
Dundee United have received a further bid from an unnamed club for David Goodwillie after rejecting an offer of about £1.7m from Blackburn Rovers.
Blackburn's bid for the 22-year-old Scotland international striker was made on Thursday night.
The Tannadice club had already rebuffed bids from Rangers and Blackpool for the product of their youth system.
United chairman Stephen Thompson has stated that he will not sell the player for less than his valuation of £2m.
In all, about 10 clubs have indicated their interest in Goodwillie.

Not dead in the water yet. Think Karl is in Poker mode.
Sky Sports News sources understand Dundee United have rejected an improved offer from Rangers for striking ace David Goodwillie.
It is the second bid Ally McCoist's side have seen turned down for the 22-year-old as they look to bolster their frontline at Ibrox this summer.
The Gers' unsuccessful bid comes after Premier League side Blackburn reportedly failed with a £1.8million swoop for the Scotland international earlier this week.
Championship club Blackpool are also thought to be interested in Goodwillie's services, with Seasiders hitman DJ Campbell expected to join QPR.
However, Dundee United have slapped a £2m price tag on their star striker and will not settle for less than their asking price.
Goodwillie was the third top scorer in the Scottish Premier League last season, netting 17 goals for the Terrors.

Looks like Goodwillie was after a 10% signing on fee (a mere £200k!) and Dundee wanted hefty sell on clauses on top of the asking price. Might be a great furure talent but with his baggage and ego maybe there's a player with a better attitude that can bang them in.
