Supporters that have purchased tickets for Friday's play-off home leg against Birmingham City via Ticketmaster's ticket hotline will require a physical ticket to enter the ground.
Some fans have been incorrectly informed that the match will automatically be added to their season ticket card, however this is not the case for this fixture.
Supporters who find themselves in this situation are asked to visit the ticket office with their season ticket card or client reference number to collect a ticket that will gain them entry through the turnstiles.
The club would like to apologise for any incovenience this may cause.

bloody typical i just dam well knew it, I phoned today and they told me mine was posted on Monday so looks i am of down the club tomorrow and yes Karl i do want my 50 pence back for postage
Tickets for the play-off home leg against Birmingham City were posted out to supporters who paid for postage on Tuesday and Wednesday.
Should any supporter who has purchased not receive their ticket in tomorrow morning's post then they are kindly asked to visit the ticket office with ID to collect a duplicate ticket.
People who have not paid for postage are asked to arrive at the ticket office as early as possible to pick up their tickets.
Just odd tickets currently remain on sale for the fixture as it nears a sell-out.

I'm in the same boat, Sherl, talk about palpitations.
Was supposed to be on a flyer for the game, but if there's thousands turning up to get tickets, need to be there earlier.
Why don't they get software to print your own at home like train tickets??

Let me guess, we sent them out pigeon post . . . .
. . . . but Dick (Karl Oyston) Dastardly and Muttley (Matt Williams) finally managed to stop that pigeon
